ISP Rock is proud of its rural roots. Our story began in Waco, Nebraska, on the same family dairy farm where our founder, Dave Stahr, grew up. After college and starting a family of his own, Dave returned to those roots in 2002 with a vision: to build a platform that solved the complex networking challenges facing ISPs.

What started as Envelop has grown and evolved into ISP Rock. Dave still resides on that Nebraska farm today—though the dairy cows and tractors have been replaced by the high-performance infrastructure that powers your business. Our mission has stayed the same: optimizing your operations so you have the time to build your network.
