Dave doesn’t just build software; he solves the problems he lived through. His journey began in 2001 at STE Wireless, a rural Nebraska WISP, where he realized that existing tools couldn’t keep up with the real-world demands of network management and billing. So, he built a better one.

Over the last 20+ years, that custom solution has evolved into ISP Rock—a unified platform designed to replace fragmented subscriptions with a single, powerful engine. As a hands-on owner, Dave remains deeply involved in programming and AWS architecture, ensuring that ISP Rock remains the most reliable partner for ISPs nationwide. When he’s not refining code or supporting customers, Dave is a dedicated family man, active in his local church, and an avid golfer who appreciates the value of a well-executed plan—both on the course and in the server rack.

Chris brings the business full circle, returning to the team he helped co-found in the late 90s. With a career defined by high-level leadership and technical innovation, Chris oversees the strategic growth of ISP Rock. A seasoned developer in his own right, he has personally spearheaded the development of our latest large-scale APIs. His unique blend of executive experience and “in-the-trenches” programming ensures that ISP Rock stays ahead of the industry curve while staying true to its founding mission.

Parker is proof that experience isn’t just about age—it’s about results. Having joined the team through a high school work-release program three years ago, Parker has rapidly risen to lead our MSP division. He possesses a deep technical intuition for network troubleshooting and platform management. Known for his “get it right” attitude, Parker is the primary point of contact for our managed service clients, ensuring their infrastructure is as rock-solid as our software.

As a second-generation tech at ISP Rock, Ian embodies the “all-arounder” spirit of the company. Based in Scottsbluff, he handles a wide range of support and technical implementation tasks, moving seamlessly between our MSP and OSS/BSS divisions. Whether he’s solving a complex billing logic issue or assisting with a network rollout, Ian’s focus is on speed and precision. Outside of work, Ian is a new father and is looking forward to his upcoming wedding in June.

Cole joins the ISP Rock team with a simple mission: ensuring no partner is left behind. Growing up around the family business, Cole understands that in the ISP world, a missed connection is a missed opportunity. He brings a gritty, “boots-on-the-ground” work ethic to the team, developed through years of demanding logistics and delivery roles at FedEx and Ashley Furniture.

Based in Lincoln, Cole serves as the primary bridge between our technical team and our ISP partners. He specializes in proactive outreach, customer onboarding, and ensuring that every promise made is a promise kept. Whether he’s digging into leads or checking in with long-term clients, Cole’s focus is on rebuilding the personal touch that defines the ISP Rock legacy.

Helping ISPs succeed isn’t just a job for Harry; it’s a twenty-year passion. A specialist in transmitter radios and RF technology, Harry thrives on the hands-on challenges of keeping a network running at peak performance. He is the “boots on the ground” expert for ISP Rock, handling everything from local MSP physical wiring to national network investigations.

Working closely with Dave, Harry ensures that the transition to the ISP Rock platform is seamless from the hardware level up. He takes immense pride in direct client interaction, making sure every new customer feels confident and “set up for success” from day one. When he’s not troubleshooting a link or onboarding a new partner, Harry enjoys spending time with his wife—though his dedication to the platform and his passion for the technology keep him happily on his toes.

Josh is a veteran of the WISP industry with nearly a decade of “in-the-trenches” experience. Having helped launch and scale a rural ISP from the ground up, Josh has a deep, intuitive understanding of the challenges ISP owners face every day. After his previous operation was successfully sold, he transitioned his focus to supporting the ISP Rock platform, where he specializes in high-level troubleshooting and system optimization.

A true problem-solver, Josh also owns and operates Biddle Electric. This unique dual-background in electrical engineering and network management makes him an invaluable asset for customers who need solutions that work from the power source to the subscriber’s home. Josh is driven by a passion for meeting new people and delivering the kind of “made in the Midwest” reliability that helps our partners rest easy.
