About ISP Rock

ISP ROCK is proud of its rural roots near Waco, Nebraska. Our story started with our founder, Dave Stahr, who grew up on the family dairy farm and moved back to that same farm in 2002 after attending college, getting married and starting his family. He still resides on the farm, WITHOUT the dairy cows and tractors.

His goal was to launch a platform that provided Networking Solutions for ISPs. Once his idea came to life, Dave launched Envelop, which has now grown and evolved into ISP Rock, and we’re eager to help you optimize your time so that you can build your network.

The rest of our staff works from locations across the country: Garland, NE — Emmetsburg, IA — Las Vegas, NV — Tustin, CA.

No services are hosted from our offices. While we could save a few bucks by doing that, we don’t believe subjecting our customers to power outages caused by regular thunderstorms, blizzards and high winds is a very smart thing to do! We are powered by AWS cloud.
